Special Guest Amanda, and I, discuss The Comfort Book by Matt Haig, how we learned that cars are long are CD compatible, and our comfort reads.
The Comfort Book is a nonfiction title from the prolific fiction author that reads more like a journal than anything else. In it Haig makes note of positive and comforting quotes, memories, song quotes, philosophical quotes, and more as a point of comfort. Although the aim is to comfort, he doesn't back away from difficult topics, such as depression and anxieties.
